Order preparation and transit

After payment authorization succeeds, please allow approximately 1–2 business days for order preparation. The carrier journey is a separate estimate of 4–6 business days after dispatch. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded, and these ranges do not promise arrival on a particular date.

Destinations, charges and tracking

Available delivery destinations and charges appear at checkout. Confirm the street, unit, city and postal details before submitting the order. Tracking can take time to show its first carrier scan.

Delivery assistance

If a parcel is delayed, lost, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, email sarathmercy2015@gmail.com. Include the order number, checkout email and tracking reference. Keep the package and provide photographs when transit damage is involved.
